Welcome to Modular Living. By purchasing our products or engaging with our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Definitions

“Modular Living,” “we,” “us,” or “our”** refers to Modular Living Inc.
“Client,” “you,” or “your”** refers to the individual or entity purchasing products or services from us.
“Products” refers to prefabricated modular units, domes, container homes, and other related offerings provided by Modular Living.

2. Orders & Payment

All orders require a signed agreement or purchase confirmation.
A deposit or full payment may be required before production begins. Payment schedules will be outlined in your contract or invoice.
Prices are subject to change based on material costs, shipping rates, and customization requests.

3. Delivery & Installation

Estimated delivery times will be communicated at the time of purchase. While we aim to meet all deadlines, unforeseen delays (such as shipping disruptions or material shortages) may occur.
Installation services are available and must be confirmed in writing prior to delivery. Site readiness is the client’s responsibility.
Any additional costs resulting from site inaccessibility or installation delays caused by the client will be billed separately.

4. Product Use & Modifications

Our products are designed for a range of applications. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure proper permits, zoning compliance, and utility hookups.
Unauthorized structural changes or modifications may void warranties and release Modular Living from any liability.

5. Returns & Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final once production has begun.
Order cancellations must be submitted in writing and may incur a cancellation fee.
Modular Living reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion, with full refund of any payments made.

6. Intellectual Property

All branding, design files, product layouts, and content created by Modular Living remain the intellectual property of Modular Living Inc. and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Modular Living is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the product or service in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
